30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

Hygiene and Bed Linen Products
For hygiene reasons, pillowcases, fitted sheets, duvet covers, and other bedding items can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Items that have been used or washed cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping cost.

Refunds

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and used hygiene products (pillowcases, sheets, sleep masks, pajamas) cannot be returned.
